This association wants to give the possibility to its members, except from the courses that it offers already in collaboration with other institutions, such as the courses of computers, accountancy, etc., to be also involved in other sectors. From the other side, the objective of this association through this educational partnership is to provide the possibility to the educational personnel (gymnasts, sociologists, professors, etc.) to acquire experience and knowledge for the right pedagogic practice concerning the persons with special needs.

The Centre opened on 3rd of September 2001. The aim of the RCC is to help Roma community people living in Kirtimai camp to integrate to Lithuanian society. RCC has experiences in language courses, computer lessons, trade arts and vocational training for adult learners and social services. We like to acquire experience and knowledge for the right pedagogic practice concerning the persons with special needs.
