Kaunas Cultural Centre of Various Nations invites invites 5 motivated and active people, who are involved in youth activities, especially with fewer opportunities and the communities of national minorities, to become a part of Erasmus+ project BE! REACT! FIGHT! Project will take place in Coimbra, Portugal, 11th-18th of January 2020.

This project will focus on the engagement of young people in every-day social matters that concerns them and their advocacy as stakeholders on human rights issues.

In this Youth exchange 30 participants from 5 European countries (Greece, Italy, Romania, Lithuania and Portugal), coming from different social and economic backgrounds and having different views and ideas, will meet up in Coimbra to participate and work together.

Through non-formal ways of education, such as seminars, workshops, games, theater case-studies and case-management experiences, you will be familiarized with the international human rights instruments, their role and binding. By the end of the project, you will reflect upon your learning outcomes, giving material to the project itself to be improved for the future.
This Youth Exchange doesn’t aim on creating future human rights leaders, but aims to help young people understand that even if we live in societies of social crisis and social deconstruction, things can change. However, if not from the youth, from whom?

Kaunas Cultural Centre of Various Nations organizes the group of 5 participants from Lithuania. Age limits for participants: 18 - 30 years old.

Final selection of participants - 14th of November 2019.
